4. Cleaning Services Agreement

4.1 Types of Services Offered

JJ Preferred Biz offers a wide variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Residential Cleaning: Regular housekeeping, deep cleaning, and specialized services such as window washing and carpet cleaning.

Commercial Cleaning: Office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial environments.

Specialized Cleaning: Post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out services, and emergency or one-time cleaning services.

All services provided are subject to availability and the specific needs of the client.

4.2 Service Availability and Booking

Service availability is subject to geographic limitations and scheduling constraints. We recommend that You book services at least [48 hours] in advance. Once an appointment is confirmed, You will receive an email or text message with details about the service, including the date, time, and cleaner assigned.

4.3 Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing: Service prices are determined based on the scope of work, size of the property, and any additional services requested. You will be provided with a quote prior to confirming the service.

Payment: Payment is due upon the completion of the service unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods. Late payments may incur a fee.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of [X% of the quoted price] to cover administrative costs and lost business.

If we are unable to gain access to your property at the scheduled time (due to locked doors, alarms, or any other reason beyond our control), the appointment will be considered canceled, and You may incur a cancellation fee.

4.5 Service Satisfaction and Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of cleaning services, and Your satisfaction is our priority. If You are not satisfied with the cleaning performed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost. Any damage claims must also be reported within 24 hours of the service.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

The Service allows You to post, upload, or otherwise share content, including but not limited to reviews, photos, and feedback ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights You hold in the User Content, but by submitting, posting, or displaying content, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from such content in any media.

You are solely responsible for the User Content You upload or post. Any content that is found to violate laws or third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright or trademark infringement, will be removed immediately.

5.2 Company Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JJ Preferred Biz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without prior written consent from Us.

6. Links to Other Websites
